Our project for Hope Village Revitalization is a collaboration with Izzie Global and Spalding Dedecker.
Cool Cities Park is an expansion of an existing park located in the Hope Village Neighborhood.

Our design approach grows the existing park into an old parking lot through a series of incremental steps.
The first is a connecting loop, second a phaseble Market Shed, then a flexible parking zone,
and lastly a stage and storage structure with immersive garden spaces.
If the existing park is an older, wiser sibling - the new park is more of the younger, adventurous and active sibling.
